Bisbee, February 21

The Mule Mountains

We spent the morning watching and photographing the birds at Mike's feeders.  We were unable to photograph the uncommon birds he occasionally gets, like Spotted Towhee, Fox Sparrow, and Violet-crowned Hummingbird but we were content with other birds that we never see in the East.

"Audubon's" Yellow-rumped Warblers, female and male

Inca Dove

In the afternoon, we took a long hike into the Mule Mountains, where we saw Scrub-Jays and lots of beautiful scenery!
